Piercing weapons are one of the weapon types found in MUME. These weapons usually have a low strength requirement and are mostly used by thieves.

- Black runed dagger (BRD) - good damage, parry, good db, spellsave
- Orkish fang - good damage
- Elven dagger - same as fang

- Slender dagger - decent damage, high offensive bonus, lower parry
- Sharp thorn - decent damage, parry, efficient vs. undead
- Double-edged eket - decent damage, parry, when enchanted it gives good parry bonus
